In dramatic fashion, the Panthers scored with just 2:13 remaining in regulation to tie the game and force overtime. Just 4:27 into OT, the Panthers scored to win the game 3-2 on their home ice, to earn the victory. The Panthers joined the NHL for the 1993-94 season and made it to the Stanley Cup Finals twice, in 1996 and 2023. 2
